Why the partnership matters
Most of the businesses we work with talk to their customers on messaging apps, not email. An order is confirmed on WhatsApp. A delivery question arrives on Instagram. A quote is chased on WeChat.
The problem is that those conversations usually live outside the systems that run the business. A customer asks about their order, and someone has to open the ERP in another window to answer. Nothing is recorded against the customer afterwards.
Connecting a messaging platform to Odoo closes that gap. Customer records, order status and conversation history sit together instead of in separate places.
Official channels only
SleekFlow is an official Meta business solution provider. That matters more than it sounds. Unofficial WhatsApp tools exist and are cheaper, but they operate outside the platform’s terms and put the business number at risk of being blocked. When a company’s customers reach them mainly through one number, losing it is not a small problem.
